This project represents an example of
historical restoration and adaptive reuse.
In 1983 an ambitious program was initiated to correct
long term deterioration of the 1882 Dunham Castle in Wayne, Illinois.
Chemical cleaning and removal of damaging vines brought
back details unequaled in quality. Study of
the interior has lead to a proposal for
future use as a conference
center for business.
